Hard sending payments with new design?
 

Is it just me or is it harder sending payments with the new design? When I get money, Im unable to send for a couple of days, but with the old design I can do it in a day. Maybe I'm just paranoid. I know about the soft holds, but was just curious if anybody else noticed it?

How old the paypal account?
How much did you get?
was it a payment from Ebay or direct invoicing?
are you trying to send it to another paypal?

Do you mean you can't find the option or is it holding it in your account?

I haven't used the new design yet because I kept changing mine to the classic design.

Have you tried changing to the classic yet?

I really hate this new design. But try changing it to classic it makes it a little better.

Some people can't change to the old design and I'm not going through all my accounts just to change to old design. Just get used to the new design.
