Opening Two Bank account profiles

Hi, this is mainly aimed at canadian users. I opened an account online at Scotiabank, then opened it again online thinking the first one went through. I got two debit cards and have been using them for about a month an a half, no one seems to be the wiser.

Has anyone tried this or had this happened? Is it possible to open a second totally different account profile at the same bank by changing your home address?
