Transfer to bank account - pending to completed status
 

I read some other threads regarding this but they all are kinda old. Anyway. I have been transferring funds from my PayPal account to by bank (same one) for a few years now without issue. Now, the transfer I made yesterday is still showing pending when it usually shows complete by now (its been 24 hours). Also, something strange. I didn't receive an email from PayPal letting me know that funds were being transferred. Anyone experience this ever?

Yeah sometimes that happens. Give it like an extra hour and see if its completed.

Just checked again and it now says Completed. I wonder why I never received an email?

This is my legit account too. I transfer lots of money with it so I cannot afford to have it go down. I may suck it up and call them to see whats up with the email not showing up.

remember... 24 hours is fast. It usually takes 2-3 days.

And be smart... do NOT call them, just let it be. It's happened in the past.

Trust me on this.

I never got a transfer under 24 hours all of mine were at least 2 days.

I made a withdrawal on Wednesday this week actually 2 , everything as normal on an aged account and I didn't receive the emails also

Sometimes, correction Lots of times paypal has many glitches

Anyway just checked my bank account and it's Friday at 328 am and the withdrawals from Wednesday are now in my bank and no email was ever received

This was exactly my scenario. Transferred money to bank on Wed, no email, funds are there this morning. So that's like 48 hours or so. It seems like after the first 24 the status changes from Pending to Completed, and then after another 24 the money is actually in the account. I guess I never paid that close attention to the process in the past.

Typical paypal with glitches to worry us.

yes this happens to me some times. sometimes when i withdraw the money paypal will not even email me . this happens when the payment is 500 or more some times it take like 5 days to get to the banks. withdraw small amount like 100 or 150 each day .

LOL!!! I got the funds transferring email yesterday (the 25th) for the transfer I initiated on Wed (the 23rd). The money was already in my bank account!!! I think it is just a bug in PayPal's sw or something.

Delay in updating likely but good news Tag123 that you got it - don't forget that bank also plays a role in the communication to PP

2-3 days!!! You guys' need to emigrate over here to the UK, transferred from PayPal 3pm today in the bank account by 5, SAME DAY, we wouldn't have it any other way!
