Paypal account specialist emailing me?
 
Do paypal account specialist email you? I got an email that he had recently talked to a customer of mine and just wanted to follow up. I'm asking if anybody else gets these kinds of emails? Never heard of a paypal account specialist following up unless your a huge business.

astralman, you do have some experiences.

I agree with jdav - post up the exact e-mail, remove your personal info and names.

Yeah looked sketchy, but it was actually from a paypal email. I confirmed it. A customer called in to request a refund and asked the specialist to send me the email. I guess they specialist had nothing to do early in the morning and just went ahead with it.

It is their job to send out emails when they are checking matters.

And this is going to make you laugh.

They send them out in an effort to protect sellers.
