| t.isyraf | 07-27-2014 11:05 AM | We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. Right I currently have £400 in my paypal. I am trying to send £100 to a different account and every time I try it, I get the message "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."
I have tried all the methods recommend on the internet to overcome like :
* Sending from phone (both Iphone and android device used)
* Getting other account to send Invoice
* Logging out and waiting 48 hours (in fact I've waited 4 days)
* Removing CC and re-adding CC
The account is fully verified and very old. In fact it ages back to 2007...
It has no bank account though and I have not tried contacting paypal.
I would cal paypal but I've forgotten the date of birth which I had put down for the account. That and the account is under a women..I am a man..lol
Does anyone know anyway I can overcome this? |
Re: We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. Don't call pp. Put a bank account on it - verify it. If it's an old account like this...why not secure it better?
Easier to withdraw it to bank then transfer it around - safer too...less fees as well |

Re: We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now. But you are risking linking them up...and this account is from 2007...it's in your best interests to VERIFY it with a bank account ...but that's my own recommendation; up to you to do so or not |

Just wondering because the PayPal app doesn't seem to have this issue. Just know.. once you use the app on your phone, it's tied to your device ID. |

if it is not your browser or settings, then the only thing is that a block has been put on it by paypal, a flag or trust and safty issue, often they can be just a press of a button and forgotten at paypal/ebays end and you have to quietly work around it, like tip-toeing around a sleeping tiger.....
ultimately if nothing works eg. other pp invoicing you, smaller amounts etc....then add a bank if you want the money out...
you could buy something from online store or ebay if you really just want to get money out........ |

" We are sorry we cant send your payment right now" is a security block that paypals customer rep you talk on the phone dont even know how it works. But they can remove the block. Stealth account best not to call . Here are some options that worked for me:
* log out. clear your browser history, cookie everything. log back in and try a different amount. lets say if you were trying to send $300 earlier try sending $299.50.
* wait 30 min.( i know how hard it is to wait but wait 30 min/ 1 hour and try again.
* wait more and try again.
ofcourse the verification of the paypal account helps too.
but yea trust me no one knows that exactly causes the error we can only guess and learn from it |

But I just went back to the home screen and than send money again and the second time worked I just needed to add a captcha |

I have verified Swiss PP with money and I want to move monet to my verified Poland PP
But I can not do it in any way: send money to friends and invoice give me same answer

Get a VBA to verify the account and secure the account and make it that much safer to work with. Worth the price of a few dollars if you ask me. |
