[Help Please] paypal phone verifications outside USA

Great aspkinians,

i am using USA paypal and i am hanged on phone verification. i have searched online for any telecom that allows paypal verification but none seems to work.

Is there any site that allow paypal verifications? i tried portal.sonetel.com and it didn't work. please suggest any

I've found services for Paypal Calls, but still looking for paypal SMS- texting service...
