Send money from new paypal to another paypal to banned paypal?

So with the new paypal, I am going to make it with a VBA (virtual bank account). However, I obviously want to withdraw the money somehow, so would I be linked if I sent that money to my friends paypal who isn't banned, and then he sends that money to my banned paypal with my real bank account so that I can withdraw it?

This has been covered 1,000,000,0000 times.....Sending Money to other Paypals in large quantities will result in either yours, your friends OR BOTH being Limited or having the money limited. Add a Bank Account.
