Not unless the account had enough selling activities in the past. The age itself doesn't much.

here is the the deal with a new ebay acc and old paypal acc. if you are using a new ebay acc then using an old paypal acc the money will still be locked. here is a trick to unlock the money 1. mark the item shipped in ebay . 2 go into paypal and add the tracking number that way with in 8 days my money was unlocked some times this works and some times it does not hope it helps ;]

It usually takes me around 3 months on an account that I keep active. Now, I have read on here that it usually occurs after you get around $250-300 through it also. But even if you do this too fast, you'll still have to for some time to pass.

you must hit a certain number of sales/transactions it does not matter how old the account is. Also if you get MC'd at all its like hitting the restart button. Your better off using the holds to your advantage, its easier just to play by thier rules, less limited accounts with the holds in my opinion.

When you get close to the 200/20k move on to a new Paypal account if your ebay is good.

" When you get close to the 200/20k move on to a new Paypal account if your ebay is good. "

So you are saying to change the " pay to " paypal address to a different paypal account? will this raise any red flags with Ebay ?

You start over with a new user id on your computer (profile), make a new Paypal and add it to the existing account.

Not the best way to approach selling on eB/pp - look at building your accounts with good customer service.
