Unconfirmed bank account can it be added multiple times?
 

If i have a fully verified account with bank 1 but add bank 2 as unconfirmed withdraw etc, then remove bank 2 use it on another paypal and do same again i assume this works as its not verified?

I believe you would cause a link because once you give them the bank acct info, they always keep that info. They also know that if you close a bank acct, no one else will ever have that bank acct number after you. So, I believe that would be a bad idea.

You do hinky stuff like that, and your accounts will be frozen quicker that you can say "don't do it".

Yes it may work however you would 100% link the accounts.

All of the above posts are correct, you WILL link the accounts that way.

What you have to be aware of, is that eBay, PayPal and Amazon keep EVERY bank account number and credit card number you enter into their system FOREVER. It makes no difference if you delete the account numbers or even if you shut down the PayPal account, all of the account numbers you entered will STILL be on file with them. Just because you can't see them in your account history makes no difference.

Account will remain verified due to Bank 1 but the use of Bank 2 across accounts will link them (many times PP will actually indicate that this bank has been used on a previous PP account...and will not let you add it)

Yes i understand the linking part , but thats not what I'm asking I'm asking does it actually work removing then using on another account?

True story.

A couple used the same bank account on two different PayPals. Account was added fine on both, but then PayPal demanded a hell of verification to allow both of them to use the same account.

Remember, these two had the same family name.

Based on this, proceed at your own risk and prepare to give all the verification necessary. Don't ask me what was requested. But it was like coming from another planet and register on PayPal.

Yes it will, are u just trying to empty funds from an already dead account ? That's the only use I could see this for

That or he may be asking because he wants to buy a pre-made account from a seller and was wondering if he could just link an unverified bank to withdraw.
