Withdraw from PayPal in US - Can't Open a Checking Acct
 

Can anybody help with this situation? I will be buying a Stealth account for a family member because they got suspended from ebay and it was my fault. My family member is unable to open a checking acct (chexsystems issue) and I'm at loss for how she will be able to withdraw funds from her paypal acct.

I have a checking acct, but I am going to need it for my Stealth account. I can't open another bank acct and we really need to keep our finances completely separate.

She and I are both in the US. Ebay is her only form of income and I really, really need to figure this out for her.... any help will be appreciated tremendously.

Let me also say that I did read the Stealth book, but I'm still not quite sure about how to get the funds out of paypal if it can't be linked to a checking acct. She already used her ssn on the paypal that she currently has that is linked to her "now banned" ebay acct.

THere are banks out there that dont check records with chexsystems. I once knew of a website that lists banks that dont but I lost it when my HD crashed.

But search "banks that dont use chexsystems". I know that some banks like US Bank have something of 2nd rate checking accounts. But tell your family member to pay what is owed or try to get that chexsystems record off. Most banks will see that negative chexsystems record and he/she will be denied any accounts there.

There are still many other options.

Savings accounts work.

Credit Unions work, especially closed ones.

There are banks in the USA that do not use chexsystems.

Thanks guys... I know there are some banks that do not check Chexsystems, but from what I recall when I researched the "opening a bank acct" issue one other time, Connecticut where I live has some stringent regulations and it's not that easy here.

However, after reading more of the threads here, I realized that because my bank is TD Bank, I can create a new acct online separate from my own....so I just went online and created another checking and another savings acct....

Next obstacle is changing the IP address!!! :)
