I just want to privately sell items thorugh paypal, without a VBA or VCC.
 

So I just want to sell items (ranging from $50-$80) to people online and get payed through paypal (NOT ebay, just privately through paypal.

If I don't add neither a VBA or VCC, can I still accept money? (I dont need to withdraw to a bank, I plan on spending my balance online).
If so, is there a limit before paypal freezes the account?
Because I dont mind making new paypal accounts, it's getting the VCC's and VBA's (VBA'S especially) that are annoying.

I also dont mind if there's a 21-hold or anything like that.

I'll be using Real names and addresses, phone numbers in the area of the address.

You will get limited. They will ask for documentation. PP likes to know who they are dealing with,spend a few dollars and get the account verified, its a small investment to do it right, and if all of what you are doing is legit then there's no worries.

I have PPs that have nothing to do with eB - verified with real bank and confirmed with credit card.

But, if you can, you should aim to avoid using PP...there are other services available

Don't need a vba but should atleast add an AVS card to add to it, less chances of getting limited quickly. And I've found paypal to be much more lenient for non ebay related transactions. Just start off slow and you'll be good to go!

Add a VCC is pretty easy and adds strength to the PP account.

Do the people whose address and names you are using know you will be using them?

I would be very careful of using any real person's information without their consent. That COULD be considered identity theft and that is not something you want to mess around with. Also, it is best not to use a real person's information, even WITH their consent. The beauty of stealth is that you don't have to.
