Multiple bank transfers

Is it better to transfer one large sum or break it up into smaller amounts? I have had success with transferring large amounts (>$5k) in the past but I think PayPal is suspicious of my account (recent payments have been put under review). If I transfer smaller amounts should I wait until one clears before initiating another? I don't want my account to get limited or something with money in it.

So many factors to consider...I prefer small amounts, leaving 3-4x the average sale amount in my PP at the least, at all times
