Bought a VBA for Paypal but still must confirm two deposits?

Hi

I bought a VBA for paypal a few days ago on here, and the person sent me the routing number and account number. He says its a micro despot and that it should instantly verify, but every single time I enter the numbers it says I must confirm it by typing in the two small deposits it sends to the bank. How do I do this if I can't even look into my bank account? What even is a micro deposit? Thanks

VBA or Real Bank, you still gotta confirm the micro-deposits. Some VBA sellers also offer Instant Verify VBA's, personally....I rather do Micro-Deposit verify, makes me feel safer.
