Paypal Account limited due to selling macbook pro
 

I created a new paypal stealth and everything. Added my bank got a vcc verified everything and completed everything. Then I sold a macbook pro for 1900 through paypal invoice. When the guy paid I got my account limited and now they want me to confirm identity through a text message and confirm bank account. Im not sure why I got limited. What can I do?

Ok I understand now but they are asking for 2 things. To receive a text message and to confirm credit card or bank. (I think to add a new one)

Update: so I was messing around with it trying to get my account unlimited. I added a phony phone number then kept clicking it and instead of it asking for a texting message confirm it did then a phone call confirmation they called me I inputed the code then the account become unlimited. It also canceled the other part where they were asking for the confirmation of the bank. So I took some money out and withdrew to my paypal after that it completed a few minutes went by and the withdrew got reversed and account became limited. So I did the same steps for it to become unlimited issued the refund. And then sign out sign back in and limited again. It seems that when I complete the steps it only unlimits the account for a few minutes. Any thoughts?

1.go buy a track phone and make it the same zip code as your paypal address.

2. confirm your bank acc this will take about 3 to 5 days paypal will put a few cents into your acc then just match up the price they put into your acc.
