PayPayl Claim & Dropshipment from China
 

Hi,

I want your thoughts on this case, I have these 2 transaction made the same day from the same seller. One package was sent from CHINA with tracking number and one was sent from here without tracking number. She has filed a dispute on the ammount referring to the package sent from me which doesnt have any tracking number.

As far as right now, I am hoping that she receives it before the 28th because then the dispute will close and it will be taken care of by PayPal (which I wouldnt prefer) The thing is, Payments were made on september 10th, making 45 days October 26th..

I am thinking of adding that tracking number (from china) to the complaint she has right now filed on the transaction of the package sent from here. She wont be able to file a complaint on the other item if I add the tracking number to this case since it will be over 45 days. Im not sure if it will work but what are you thoughts ? Also, what about adding a tracking number that doesnt come from your country, will PayPal go hard as I think they have been, I know a lot of people dropship, but what about this case ?

If you shipped one package, can't you say you did combined shipping? I've never ran into this problem as I always use tracking. Also, I know its not my business, but why are you just now getting them sent out after 45 days!?

no no, both packages were sent out 48 hours after the payment.
one got delivered, the one coming from china with tracking number, the one shipped from canada havent delivered yet and dont have tracking number (tracking numbers from canada to international is 45$ min. and to usa its around 15$ min) thats worthless when buyers pay the actual item 10 bucks!

I cant say I combined shipping, the customer paid by 2 transactions minutes from each other, if they ask for both tracking, im done. I only have one because she knew the would ship separatly. Thing is, she now has the complaint up and we are approaching the 45 days (after that you cant pull up a dispute) and the end date of the actual time that we have to agree on sometime ends up the 28th. So i guess i'll just wait until that day (27th) to add the tracking to that package and she wont be able to pull a dispute on the other transaction since it will be over 45 days. Only thing is, does paypal go bad if it's dropshipped from china (not because its china) because the item wasnt sent from your original country ?
