What information is revealed if I FUND my PP acct from bank acct?
 

I need to put money INTO my PP account to pay an enormous eBay bill and I stupidly withdrew all of the money I already had in there. So if I deposit money into my PP account from my real Canadian bank account, what information will PayPal see?

They can see your name on the bank account, Unless it's a business account and that's what they'll see

As long as a real person doesn't see it, it won't matter.

Your name will be on the Bank transfer into paypal.

Your concern will be if paypal pays any further attention to this. (manual review of the funds).

Depending on the account standing, it may or may not happen.

You could look at using a VCC to pay your eBay bill to head off any risk

Hold on now. I swear I have seen at least a dozen other threads that say they CAN'T see my real name on my bank account.

Please clarify.

Am I supposed to use a real bank account to verify PayPal?
I can use a real bank account to get money out of PayPal?

But I can't use the real bank account to put money into PayPal or else my real name will be revealed?

To verify your PayPal, you use a bank account in your real name. When you withdraw from Paypal to your bank, they can't see the name on the bank account. However, if you add funds to your pp account FROM your bank, they can see the name. Hope that makes sense!
