Accidentally withdrew $ to unconfirmed bank account; $ has been pending for 3 days!!!
 

The bank that I have linked to my Paypal account usually takes only 24 hours until it says "completed" on Paypal's end. I transferred funds exactly 52 hours ago and it still says pending! I don't understand why my bank account says unconfirmed when I confirmed it three months ago when I opened the account!! I don't really know what's going on at this point. The last time a transfer showed as pending for more than 48 hours my account got limited and the transfer was reversed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

it will come back in a few days.

don't be surprised if your account gets limited within a few weeks after

try to avoid doing this at all costs

If your bank account is a good bank and not like metabank , you could always phone in and ask them why it is not confirmed anymore, could be a glitch on there end with all these new changes there have been a lot lately

Also if the account is new than sometimes the funds are held longer as pending, but I would contact ur bank and make sure ur bank account is in good status and than if it is u can always call paypal and tell them a bank that u confirmed is saying it's not

But give it another day, and than. Call paypal only if u first call ur bank make sure all is well on that end and ur bank is not a blacklisted prepaid

What bank was used?

What time of day did you do the transfer?

That last question might have the answer. If the transfer was done after the cut-off time of business, then the transfer does not begin until the next business day.

unconfirmed shouldn't matter, greenbean is on the money - its probably just still in process. Ive transferred plenty funds to unconfirmed accounts without issue

The transfer was done on Thursday at 9am; and I used Bancorp, which usually takes 48 hours but with this specific prepaid card (card.com) it has always taken 24 hours. So I don't think the time is the problem. Possibly the bank? Maybe they stopped taking withdrawals with mismatched names?

Bancorp and card.com are flagged with paypal.

OP, in the stealth guide there is a list of banks that we recommend you to use.

Please check that out.

I don't know if it's too late or not, but if I were you, I'd ADD a new bank account from the list of banks I mentioned into your paypal account right now.

Do not delete the current bank account however. See if this helps somewhat save that account.

I recently opened a new paypal and added my card.com info and it was limited right away. Not a good card to use.
