Cant make payments READ ASAP

I cant send payments it keeps going to the verfication for your device screen and showing whats bellow and wont allow text/phone/ or questions

Need some more info, i.e. how much of the setup process have you gone through? (address verified, VBA attached, email verified, etc)

I was 100% verified and had a VBA i removed those now and plan on making a new paypal with them, but i need someones name and number :(

The impression I got was that you are going to re-use the VBA and other info. You dont want to re-use the VBA and other info in any way. That info can not be used again. You gotta start all over.
