Can't withdraw
 

Hi,
I can't withdraw money from my PayPal to my Prepaid Visa [there's a problem on Paypal with this specific Visa (I'm from Israel)]
I'm looking for an alternative ways to withdraw the money,
The best option is another Prepaid card, but I can't find any card issuer.
Can you please help me find an anonymous Prepaid card that I can link to my PayPal and withdraw money to it?

I was using the dollar payoneer at the post office. (visa nitenet dollar)

Yes, that's the problematic Visa, I need another card.

You can buy one or just go with a bank account, yahav, leumi...(they cant see your details)
Since when you cant withdraw to payoneer? is that a new law? half a year ago everything was fine.

PayPal said they are having an issue with this specific card,
and they are working to solve this issue.
but it's going more than a month now.
I can add any bank account that I want?
Will the bank accept the withdraw, even though it is not the same name?

Yes, go with yahav if you can. If its an issue only with your card, you can just make a new one.
