I have several stealth Paypal accounts with small amounts of money in them ( <$150 ). Obviously transferring to my main account is not a good idea so I've been exploring multiple ways to move the money and using Freelancer sites seems like a good idea. The thing is, I tried to make an account with Freelancer.com and fund my employer account through Paypal, but since my PP account is unverified (No Bank acc or CC), Paypal asks me to add a Debit/Credit card first. So, how can I do this? Would appreciate any other methods as well.

P.S The money in these PP accounts is legit. Like, no scam or any refund/chargeback thing. No connection with eBay as well. Any ideas?

BTW, is it a good idea to buy the Stealth guide, since I'm only interested in Paypal related info and want nothing to do with eBay.

Freelancer doesn't work.....a quick search of the forum could have confirmed that for you. Of course the Stealth guide is worth it......As of right now, Banks is still best method.

I'm not from the US so using banks isn't possible. Was considering getting some Polish VISA cards but Paypal seems to be cracking down on those so that's also not possible.

You know it would of been best if we KNEW what Country you were in from the beginning.....So let me ask, What Country is the Paypal In? let me guess....UK?

The stealth guide covers both eBay and PayPal very well.

As for your question.. if you need a VCC, try one of the VCC sellers here: eBay Accounts for Sale - eBay Suspension & Paypal Limited Forums

As for Freelancer.. it has been used and abused by those before you.. it's high risk.

I think I'll get the guide. VCC's kinda useless to me if I can't withdraw the money in the first place.

So when you opened/purchased this US Account(s) that are in the US, did u not plan on how you were going to get your money out?

I do have a Payoneer debit card attached to my main Paypal account which I use for withdrawals, but my stealth PP's are unverified. Transferring to my main account from these would be very risky so I need some ideas.

freelancing doesn't work…

I am trying to figure out new withdrawal methods as well. I can't use banks as I have way too many paypal accounts, and unfortunately they sometimes come and go. Not worth opening a bank for each one IMO.
