Paypal Negative Balance - can I call paypal to solve it?
 

Hi, I sold a product on ebay around 2 months ago, then this buyer just opened a dispute on paypal (never opened a case on ebay) a few days ago, claiming that it was an unauthorized payment (credit card). I did sent the product via Fedex, signature required and it was received at the Fedex Office, but by a different name.

I wanted to call paypal, hopefully to increase my chances of winning, but the problem is I'm using an Ebay account and a paypal account, with my sister's info. Can I still call Paypal myself (I'm a male) or do they need to talk to the account holder?
Also what's my chance of winning the case? Any tips?

Can you get a vanilla visa gift card and fill it with whatever amount you need to pay it off?

You got scammed. Ditch the account and start a new one.

I think buyer buy product by using card and he charge back . So he got double profit product and money .

Submitted tracking (signature requested) info and after more than 2 weeks of waiting and hoping, luckily I won the case! :)
