Funds available but not allowing purchase using Paypal Mobile
 

I had Paypal money being held for a non received dispute. The buyer closed the case today, because the item was received last week with no issues. However when I went to withdraw the money by purchasing a gift card at Home Depot, the sale wouldn't go through. Is it because only an hour had passed between the case being closed and the attempted purchase? I purchase a smaller gift card at Home Depot previously with no problem. Just confused and would like to avoid a call to Paypal. My available balance does show the amount of funds needed for the purchase plus some over (I am not clearing out the account).

Ive had this problem many times and continue to have it.. the problem is Paypal security system has red flagged you for some reason.. maybe you've tried to purchase to many times in a day etc etc.

sometime you have to wait 24hrs.. sometime you have to call in and put some fire on their A$$es to get those funds. sometimes you can simply restart your browser/computer/ change your ip location.. one of those things you will have to do or you account may be on the brink of limitation!!! Ive experienced it all .. had accounts with 7 - $800 in it & had to flush it down the toilet.. but oh well.. an EXPENSIVE lesson learned

You let $800 go Nyco? Why not link it up to a bank account for withdrawing?

this was in my early days.. and it was froze before i could add a real bank account.. just had a VBA connected to it

Just using mobile number plus pin or the in store card?
