Paypal asking for bank account before DD verify?
 

I am setting up a new paypal and my to do list is lift limits:

Add Bank Account
Submit Direct Debit Instruction
Confirm bank account

Add bank account is the only item with a hyperlink which means I am unable to physically confirm with a VCC before I add a bank account. Is this normal? Any accounts before give you the choice as far as I remember?

I only ask as I didnt want to add bank account until everything else was sorted.

You have to add a bank account before being able to CONFIRM the VCC. You can add a VCC but you won't be able to request the 4 digit pin to the VCC until a bank is added. :)

Im glad I found this, So I have adddded card and is linked but no verification. I still need to get checking account. once I add bank, the card will have t be linked. I have 20 dollars waiting in paypal for me,
