New stealth accounts
 

Every time I register a new stealth account, usually a business account, it asks for the last 4 digits of the SS#. Also, lately if I try to withdraw money, I get a message saying "we don't recognize this device" and ask to send a text or receive a call. If I chose either ( I use a tracfone) it then says "the device appears to not be registered in your name". Why could I be getting this and how do you get tracfones to work? I used to use them all the time.

I make a new a user account for each stealth.
I use my smartphone to tether a new IP for each account, by putting the phone in airplane mode and back on.
All accounts bank verified (not a VB or VCC).

Sounds like PayPal doesn't like something you're doing... some red flags are happening and it's making PayPal suspicious of your activities.

Have you tried a different ISP? Besides your smartphone?

And you're following the steps outlined in eBay Stealth for the most part?

Try creating a personal Paypal, then waiting a little while to upgrade to a business account. They usually don't ask for a SSN that way.

Have you been deleting cookies, or using different devices to log in? Tracfones/prepaid phones won't work for that sort of thing because Paypal is looking for a phone registered in the account owner's name (like a landline).

Have you tried google voice with tracfone?
Works for me.....
