Paypal holding limits
 

Hi, I get that in many cases it is an individual decision, but is there a guideline or an estimate for when or how the 21 day holding limit is lifted? Maybe detailed seller feedback, age of the account? Any suggestions?

All guess work really.

It can be lifted within a few days (although this is rare). Usually it takes 2/3 months.

same happens to me usally it happends if you your ebay account has 1-10 feedback or more they hold the cash fore 21 days

Very strange mine is 4 months old with 22 detailed 5 star seller feedback. Total of 33 feedbacks, yet they hold even 99 p payments. Can one talk to them about it at all?

Thats strange

I have less feedback than that on one of my accounts and and its only 3 months old at max no 21day hold any more

Are you marking your items shipped when dispatching them?

They release the 21 days hold when you have completed these 3 things: have been selling on ebay for 3 months, have sold 25 items and have made $1000 on ebay.
If you do these 3 things they will release your money every time.

It looks like you need to keep selling for a little while longer. Even though you registered with us on April 27, 2014, you just started selling with this account since September 01, 2014 . New sellers need to successfully sell items on eBay for 90 days.

Once you have fulfilled all the requirements in the table below, the money will be deposited to your PayPal account and money from future sales will no longer be held.

Tips on how to make transactions easier:
• Mark the item as shipped and add tracking information in My eBay.
• Use the eBay shipping label for discounts and to automatically upload shipping status and tracking info

It seems every account has slightly different criteria. Most of mine say 25 transactions and $250 Others say 50 transactions and $1000.00 some don't have any at all.

That's great! Did you call them up? If so, what did they ask for?
