Added in the correct way it can be done - there have been more frequent issues very recently where it will give you an error message when trying to add a saver, along the lines of ...."This cannot be entered into the PayPal system please try again later..."

Basic accounts are high street banks are preferable for UK users to savers.

RBS, Natwest, Ulster, HSBC, BOS, Halifax - all good UK working banks

I stick to current accounts myself - easier to work with

for ease of use and to reduce your chances of paypal issues, I recommend you look at basic accounts, then current accounts.

Long term, you will find this more expedient for good stealth purposes.

I tried to add a savings account before entered the 4 digit code 5 days later got this
Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in **** to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments.

If you don’t already have another bank or card linked to your PayPal account, you need to add one to fund your future payments. To link a card or bank, log in to your PayPal account

Savings accounts reject DD mandates.

You can still use the account for withdrawals.

I added a VCC to my paypay accent this was the firs time i have ever yoused one. Now look through the forum it looks like i should of added a EXPUSE number as well which i did not get would this be the problem.
