Getting my own EIN
 

I'm using my uncles name and address on my eBay/PayPal stealth, could I myself sign up for it and use my info? Or what all ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info would have to be used to make the EIN? I'm only 15, 16 in November. Can I apply for one at my age to use? Thank you for your help and insight

NOTE : He knows I am using his info and could apply for the EIN if needed.

DO NOT get an EIN with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info. It is the IRS you are messing with. I would find a local adviser to help establish your company(EIN). you are a great age to start a business and have tons of options for your future if set up correctly now.

Bad idea to feed IRA with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, they might get personal!

I would call local CPA offices and accounting firms. I am sure someone will be able to help you and guide you if you show enthusiasm and curiosity at such a young age. I suggest staying away from the strip mall franchises. Got with a Firm and preferably a larger one that deals with companies(not to say a small one or two man office is not good, but often not very experienced with business)

Can't you just link a new paypal account? For example, buying a business paypal account from here or making one yourself and applying that to ebay so the 200 transaction limit will be gone and freshly new to that paypal. Or will ebay tell the paypal account that the person has already reach 200 in sales? I am in the same situation myself and i am currently trying to find answers but am unsure if i should go with the EIN.
