Will PayPal limitate my account for this?
 

First off I finally decided to register after being a guess for over a year.

But I have a question. I am about to create my second stealth account for a item that I am selling that is $4000.
The buyer does not want to use a wire transfer or any other payment method other then PayPal.

Will PayPal limitate my account or will it be suspecious if I receive over $3000 on it as my first payment? What if I get my account fully verified with a CC and Chase Bank account? Should I leave the funds in my account before transferring at least half of it? Also how does Chase stand with missmatched names as of today?

Without a shadow of doubt you will get limited for a transaction like that.

Even a year old PayPal account can get limited for a transaction of that size.

a big SURE , you will be limited and your chance of getting that money out is RARE :)

Yes you will defiately get limited especially since it sounds like an outside of ebay transaction.

NO!NO! Its to risky to paypal and ebay on new accounts your funds will be limit becuase your not established yet.

in the past I have opened or bought new stealth accounts, 1st payments received were 1500 to 2500 and always able to withdrawal all of the money right away with NO problem... been a few months.. maybe i have good luck?? or maybe they have changed something recently?? who knows

I find that if the first transaction is fairly big, then the next similar transactions or less are fine. But this is high risk for most people.
