Paypal error - cant send your payment right now
 

Hi,

I have been trying for the last half an hour to send a payment to another paypal account but it keeps coming up with the error message

we cant send your payment right now, contact customer support

Has anyone ever experienced this? I bought something off ebay as a test and that worked perfectly fine

Having exactly the same issue here!! tested a purchase off ebay no probs... can anyone help?

I have had this issue before and I have heard varying things. One - it was a PayPal issue affecting a lot of people. Two - it's a "soft" kind of covert limitation while they review you perhaps.

I don't know which is true but while the transfer DID go through for me the next day, that PP was limited shortly thereafter. Not sure to this day if it was a coincidence.

I had it once before on a previous account but it never happened again (Still going strong)

It done it on my currently account earlier today but I switched from safari to firefox and the payment went straight through but that isnt the case now

Can you try sending several smaller payments instead? Often it's only the bigger ones that get blocked.
