FYI PAYPAL PULLING MONEY SAME DAY NOW !! When Buying
 

so paypal is now pulling money same day.

THIS IS A FYI.

Typically when you buy something and your paypal balance is 0, it will pull from your bank account or credit card and take a couple days to show up online at your bank etc.

now they are pulling it instantly and it is showing up instantly. I just noticed this yesterday.

So your saying there might be "some light at the end of the tunnel" for the dead beat buyer problem??

thats a very good point.

I think in part, paypals choice to pull the money so fast is to make sure it hits the account same day and not bounce.

this may also be a way to prevent fraud from certain buyers.

A true break through would be if they held the funds of buyers just like they hold the funds of sellers once they bid on something.

That would cut down the non paying noobs DRAMATICALLY.

You buy a $400 iphone? That money is now 'pending' until the auction is over.
You dont have the funds? You can bid or buy.
