Problem with Paypal Balance

I have an account that shows almost $200 in the account when I check it thru the bookkeeping tab, but on the main page it says the balance is $0.00 and if I try to withdraw it still says $0.00. Nothing is pending and no notices on any issue with this account.......anyone else with this issue?

Does the transaction where you received the money say completed? because you sometimes have to accept or reject the money on paypal when the funds came in before the account was verified or in a different currency.

yes everything is completed, items selling are around $40.00, did a label yesterday with no issue.......account is about a year old.

Just went in and checked my acccount, it is fixed now, must have been a glitch, have several paypal accounts, only happened on this one..............
