Can I open second Paypal acct?
 

Hello,

I have one PayPal acct with my S.S#. I used these 5 Ebay acct with separate email. Can I open another PayPal acct with same identity using with EID# for business? Or can I open second PayPal acct with same S.S#? Please advice. Thanks

You want to look in going the business route and supplying an EIN, YOU can not reuse your SS# or any other information used from another account for that matter

Once you enter your SS# twice - your paypal accounts will be linked and then after some time your eBay accounts will be linked as well.

If your using the same info and ip for all these accounts, if one goes down then they will all go down, not a good idea.

I have read and understood the Ebay stealth book. All my five eBay acct are separate IP address, diff name, phone# and email. All my Ebay info are not my identity. Only my PayPal acct info. which has 5 email acct that I get money , no 90 day hold... I used these my S.S#.

Yes, I want to use business route and supplying an EIN. Is it safe to open another PayPal acct for business name and use EIN#, NOT the same S.S#?

So all five of your ebay accounts ARE linked if you ever had any issue at all. One problem with ebay and they talk to paypal and link all your accounts.

Yes, don't think eBay will forget about you. Got my account restored at the beginning of the year with incredible fight... I called 23 times for this account, because I really wanted to get it back. It was really old and beautiful :) with 100K limit. It worked awesome the whole year with great feedback and DSR. And.. last week got limits cut down to 0 because... my brother used the same wifi network (flagged IP). He was not a prompt seller and basically killed his account with below standard performance. Even if it doesn't show up now - it doesn't mean that they don't have this info inside.

Mainframe will not miss anything, so it's just a question of time. My close relative worked as a programmer for a huge financial institution, dealing with risks (something similar what ebay security does). And he told me that they have a specific dates to start running the batch...taking so called "extra measures". Millions and millions accounts are flagged and re-evaluated. And they even choose the depth of digg...and what variables to consider, depending on their current needs and financial goals.

To galigusso, I'm glad your acct has been restore. How did you make out calling eBay to restore the acct. What you tell Ebay representative. I have few acct which has over 1000 limited/$35000 for 4 year old acct, 100% feedback.

Just the fact that the same PP is used for all 5 - even with different e-mail - causes the link

It's all about human factor. The person who I was speaking to was just very very helpful.
