Issue spending money on stealth account

So I sold a couple of items on my account and was able to spend about $80 but now it is asking for phone verification via call or sms to send any payments. Is this something that will be permanent or will it go away if I leave the account alone for a couple of days?

P.S - If anyone can help me with getting a working phone # hooked up to the account I am willing to pay.

Is the paypal verified with bank? Confirmed with credit card?
