any online creditcard to verify Canadian paypal

i'm in desperate need of vcc to verify my Canadian paypal account, could you guys pls. tell me from where i can purchase vcc online with my paypal. i'll appreciate your help. i'm not in Canada so can't go to any stores.

Provided you are not from the USA, you may be able to use this card. Please go to your CP and put your country location under profile.
Just a note, there may be other countries that can not use entropay. If you have to find out more information an email to their customer service is answered quickly.
