21 pavement hold
 

Hello guyz,

Is this a new paypal policy or they are putting 21 days hold for every single transaction, if you are not Top ebay seller??

21 day holds apply to ALL new Selling Accounts.

Normally its only there on new selling accounts if your account has less than 3 months selling. After 3 months it goes away but it comes back if your DSR is not up to scratch.

21 days can be on any accounts at any time. Nearly all new selling accounts these days get then.

Run the account and keep high feedback and high DSR and you will redude the chance of it happening :thumb:

And just because because it says 21 day holding doesn't mean it will always take 21 days. In US, I am sure the same applies to UK, your performance plays a big part in that. I have gotten my funds as early as 3 days on a 21 day holding account. Just be sure to ship fast and add tracking fast.

But all this holdings are for ebay selling... But today I got different situation, I got 12 usd from another PP account and PP holding it. I got letter:
