If you add your real info in the paypal checkout page that will be stored in paypal database and... the link is done.

You should have a different accessible address.

If you use the real info that has been used BEFORE, then yes link is possible. Get a new address that you have access to.

for example if im buying something from walmart.com and add in my real shipping address and pay with paypal on the walmart site can paypal see the shipping address I added?

Yes and they will share it with paypal who will say yes or no to the order and limit your account as well as have the walmart order canceled.
