Payment from PP to PP was hold for 21 days ( not from ebay to PP )
 

Hi every body, have a situation vith holding for 21 day. It was not payment from ebay to PP, but another PP holder sent me 12 usd to my PP as a payment. I havent had sitoation like this. It almost new account. So I got this letter from PP:

Payments you receive from buyers are now in your pending balance and temporarily unavailable.

If you do nothing, this money will automatically be moved to your available balance and released to you in 21 days (as long as there are no problems with your orders).

Do you have any suggestions how to solve it? Where to get info about holder ( stealch account with reall addres and name). And how to avoid sitoation like this when creating stealch account.

Quite normal - PP can impose holds on ANY funds. No real way of avoiding it - your account is new (?) or maybe does not have security checks (have you verified and confirmed it?). Keep operating slowly and holds will go away

It is full verified account. Yes, it is almost new, 15 days old. But have never had situation like this. How long does it take to go holds away?

Not until paypal decides the account is trustworthy. How you run it will decide.

This normally doesn't get lifted until 90 days after the account was made and payments were sent through to it without any trouble.

If do not do anything in 90 days, no selling, no money transaction.... Will it help or no?

Not really.... paypal wants activity to see you are OK.
