| The official time, or the time it states on the Website to wait if you are using it for electronic verification is about 4 weeks I think, I haven't made one in a while but it's definitely not hours 3-4 weeks
Your able to use it to open a Bank Account for your Business immediately , it states this right on there site
I think Amazon asks if the EIN is at least 14 days old , because it takes time for it to update in there system it's not minutes or hours
That being said, I have added an EIN a few days after making one in paypal and things have been fine over a year and a half later
But this is something you should plan ahead and give yourself at least a month cushion to be absolutely safe |
