Ah, got it!!! So you add it to PP just like a bank? And you would transfer to them just like a bank?

I was those you find at the stores you just listed where Gift cards only?

They also have prepaid to withdraw funds to? So you need to register your SSN with those at the store or on their site I am guessing correct? Things changed since I left the US.
