I need help then. Shipitto.com requires a form of some sort to have letters mailed out. I am using shipitto.com and they say I need a public notary.

As a matter of interest what type of debit card did you get?

For a real account by supplying an SSN?

to save a lot of hassles for youself, please explain if you are thinking the Debit card can be used with a stealth account?

You may be about to find out it will not work.

A lot of banks offer free notary services so you can get it done there. But this wouldn't work for stealth, as said above about the SSN requirement.

I think PP does database/SSN verify now for debit card. They didn't used to and I had a PP debit card under my stealth account.

They certainly ask for it, I have not tried to go any further in that regards.

The debit card was approved and is being sent out. They haven't asked for my SSN since. It seems like they won't ask...

If I remember correctly, they will ask for a SSN upon activation.

I had a card before that I activated and I don't believe they asked for a SSN much less proof of SSN.

I'm surprised they haven't asked, I remember I needed to fill out an application first and it was like getting a regular bank issued visa debit card

I needed to provide name, DOB , SS#, etc...

I'm almost positive you will need to verify your identity before using it than and that requires a SS#

But keep us posted on what happens

It's kind of weird how you all had them ask for SSN and other things. I just clicked apply, and it said they would review the application. A day later, I was approved and the debit is on it's way. I also remember that I didn't need to verify a thing when I got my card, so I really am not sure what you guys are talking about. Perhaps they'll ask later?
