Does adding ss to paypal account make account more stronger and good in paypal eyes

Not necessarily. You can the SSN attached and still get limited and asked for a whole bunch of information on your account if they do not like your activity pattern.
Definitely not worth adding your SSN before you absolutely need to do so.
Last but not least - I assume youre talking about YOUR SSN and not a stealth account with someone ELSE'S SSN. That's called identity theft and is NOT something you want to be doing.

You may get higher limits quicker and paypal holds lifted slightly faster, but it's not much difference if you don't know how to operate, and you will get suspended just as quick

If I still had my social to use, I would probably make an account now that I been operating and know what I'm doing for 2years

But if u just started out I'd wait go the stealth route, and after a year I'd than make my real account

But my stealth accounts were stronger, lasted longer, higher limits, than my real account ever was, the reason is that I learned how to operate the right way with this forum, and operations is more important than your information
