Most likely as most accounts are new.. 21 day holds generally come off after selling for 3 months and having an account in good standing etc..

But the holds can always come back if the accounts DSR go down.

Ask the account seller if the account will have 21 days holds... They will be in the best position to tell you.

21 day holds can be implemented onto the account at any time, you will only know for sure if there have been sales, however, after 2 sales there may be no hold but they could be applied at any time...

yes they will more than likely have holds, especially if they have not been sold on..
