How do i get the classic view, I can't even lift the 500$ withdrawla limit.

Add a bank account and then click the limits link on main page bottom left to remove withdraw limits can't go back to classic anymore

Theres no way to get back to the old layout unfortunately.
BUT
If you have the links to the old pages from that layout they will STILL come up.
Example:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...thdrawal_limit

Did you use the link I provided you?
If so it should work find as I use it myself pretty much every day.
Then again it can also depend on the card you used. What Card did you use?

i made one last week & right when i confirmed the bank account i got a limit, cause i didn't have no money in the accout

Shouldn't have anything to do with having money in the bank account.
What bank were you using? What IP solution were you using? Any number of reason could have cause that limitation.
