Paypal is at it again
 

I log in today and my account is in the -$296 for some stupid reason i have no disputes or nothing i've ben useing the paypal plug-in to get Vccs to get cash out of paypal well when i cash out i do like $150 max at one time and the money will deduct from my account so i know i didnt get the money for free well now there trying to charge me again for this Secure Card Purchase's that has already been paid once and it seems there putting my account in neg for every Secure Card Purchase i have made i dont know if its a glitch or what but theres no way im paying them that money back for that cause i always make sure i had funds in my account to do a Secure Card Purchase and besides it wont even let you do a Secure Card Purchase w/o haveing funds in your account.

If others here been useing the paypal plug in to buy stuff or cash out may want to check your accounts as well cause u might be in the neg

let me make it simple i had lets say $300 in my paypal over the past week well i spent all $300 through there paypal pulg-in with Vcc's so it was all - from my account instantly when i spent it now all sudden my account is -$300 there chargeing me again for the Vcc's even though they took out $300 when i used the Vcc instantly right after i used it. I even logged into paypal to make sure the money was taken out of the blance and it was every time i used a paypal Vcc it was deducted from my account right after words. But now there trying to double dip and make me pay them back $300 for some reason and i emailed them and waiting for a reply.

Wait 5 days. Your balance should return to zero automatically. At least this is what I've heard from others elsewhere.

Ok lets hope so i dont know why its doing this but paypal needs to fix that cause it could screw alot of things up

Yeah the first $300 is a hold they place your account to make sure you have it before they authorize the charge, then the second is the actual withdraw of the money. The first $300 "hold" is usually released in 2-3 days. It like when you use your card for gas and the first put an hold on some money, then the next day they charge you the correct amount and release the hold. It should be released as soon as the "real" charge comes in, but banks, visa and paypal make their own rules.

Ok thanks i was worried about that but you would think if u made payment and didnt have it in there it would decline it.
