Paypal claim help?
 

Ok, i recently purchased some items from a seller. For some reason he sent two packages through 2 different carriers. I received one through Fedex with signature confirmation the other was sent through USPS but nothing has arrived.

I talked to the seller and told him the situation. He wouldnt send me a refund so i filed a claim. I sent the items i did receive back. The seller just texted me and told me, he received the items and after i win the dispute he is gonna file an appeal to get his money back because he said its not fair he loses out on money if neither of us have anything.

is this possible? can he actually file an appeal after i win? i paid through CC as well so i guess if something were to happen i could file a chargeback? let me know please, thank yoU

We do not really deal with buyer issues on the forum

If you have only had 1 of the two items you bought though and you have returned the 1 you have had back to him then you have done all you are required to get a full refund.

I completley understand that but hes been on the phone with paypal a few times. I knew this guy was gonna try something.

Can he appeal and or overturn after (if) i win?

im scared

Yes can can try to appeal. Very unlikely to win though.

Well hes said hes been on the phone with paypal and he says hes gonna win. Im not sure if hes gonna tell em i didnt send the right stuff or what. I have the receipt with weight plus i took a video of the package and me putting the item inside.

i should be fine? just dont wanna lose over some BS. in my 10 years with paypal i never had an issue or really had to file a claim over some BS

I would not pay much attention to what he has said.

This should be a pretty straight forward open and shut case in your favour.

Impossible to say with PayPal mind you sometimes, but I see no reason for him to win an appeal.

He should be claiming for the lost item though the delivery company.

Ok, i just won the claim and he immediately just appealed it.
