is this is something new?they sent $3 in my account with subject surprise money from paypal to get you started.anyone else go tthat

Never heard of that before.
Would be nice for any stealther though to be able to get a couple of free feedbacks on a new ebay account.

be sure to check its really from paypal, it may be hackers trying to get you signed up on a link with all your details :clap::dance:
