email: Don't forget to claim your money from "xxxxx"
 

I got a new ebay and paypal account around July using all different information and all different computer and ip everything. They were both working fine. I got total of 10k sales for the last few month. Recently I received 3 emails "Don't forget to claim your money from "XXXXX"". It asks me to file out a form which is to edit some information, such as average monthly revenue and annual revenue, but I still can't claim the money out even I finished it. Did anyone else had the same situation? How did you claim the money out? Do I need to call customer service? They don't do good anyway. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you.

Who is xxxxx?

Its a glitch, since your account is high volume you must manually accept payments. However there is a flaw in Paypals system currently where there are no accept or deny buttons to claim the money.

Give them a call and Paypal will issue the amount thats unclaimed until they resolve their glitch. You must wait up to 24 hours for the funds to be shown.

I got this email on a few accounts where I clear only $300 a month. Got worried there but when I checked out the paypal payments they were cleared. I'll just keep on truckin.

I got the same email on two accounts.
Have therefore contacted paypal and they said its a known technical issue and they are working on it...
