eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - I'm from Israel and I have an American account !!?

There are at least a couple of Israeli banks that offer US bank accounts so look into those and go check your options.
I believe Bank Leumi and bank Discount offer those even if you live in Israel. I recall seeing branches of theirs in New York.

You can't withdraw USA PayPal funds to a Credit Card.

Not going to be able to withdraw funds from a US PayPal to a card. Need a US bank account as has already been mentioned.

A real plastic card will also fail the AVS checks if your going to just try to use it to pay fees and what not.

From what? A US PayPal?

If so you need to withdraw from the US PayPal using a US Bank account and then transfer from the US bank account to an Israeli bank account. This is very basic stuff here...

You were already told - get a US bank account.
There are at least 2 banks in Israel that I know of that offer US bank accounts - Bank Leumi and Bank Discount. Don't be lazy. Get up and go to these banks and see if you can get a US bank account with one of them. Im sure itll be easy enough to transfer the funds from the US part of the bank to the Israeli one
