Transaction not shown in my Paypal
 

Hi,

I use Paypal as my payment method for ETSY

Yesterday I had 2 transactions and this is what is shown in the "Order Detail" email

"Payment is pending. Please wait to ship this order until the PayPal payment is complete"

I do not see any of those 2 transactions in my Paypal activities (not even in pending transactions)

Will those 2 transactions show up soon?

I contacted the buyers and they said the transactions are cleared on their end.

I might have provided a wrong PayPal email :(

Did anyone have the same issue before?
What Should I do to get my payment now?

Is it not possible to view your personal information or account information part on etsy....to see what paypal you.have listed. Its a.way of.checking if the correct one is there. Then take it from there:-)

I checked and It was the wrong Payapl email.
I fixed it, then asked buyers to cancel the orders, placed order again if they wish

Hope it would be ok :((

Only your buyers will know...and your PP account will show...take time for things to grow.
