Yipee.....paypal now verified.and confirmed.
Ok...shall i now open an ebay account and link it straight away or do nothing yet.Thouhht it.best to wait to.january before.selling....so perhaps bid and buy till then. Or should i do.nothing?
If its a good idea to buy, do i fund paypal from.bank account or vcc?

Congratulations!!!
You can open an ebay account and link it straight away, no problem with that.

You can slowly start selling "safe" unexpensive items to make your account grow.
You can browse around and buy few things to make your account more credible in eBay eyes.

I guess this is a stealth account, if so, do not fund your paypal with your bank account.
Bank account is only needet for withdrawing purposes.
Use a gift card to feed your PP account.

Thanks so much for your reply. Il set up ebay tonight. So would you list a really low item straight away or wait a.while. As for funding paypal, i.can.use the.entropay card i have on paypal yes?
I kind of rushed ahead with the virtual address as originally.was.going with own name but was advised to change it. So my virtual address will only accept mail in real name. Im confused as to how to buy given that as far as i was aware, ebay can.view messages so if i email buyer and ask them to send somewhere else, ebay will see my real address. Any.hints please. Il kbow next time to go with a po box :-)

Bid and browse for a few weeks ideally before listing anything.

Yes you can use the entropay you have on file with PP.

If you buy things the your going to need a rentable mail box if you want to get the items.

Is it too late for me to.add a.new address. This is my first go at stealth and i dont want to cause myself.suspicion straightaway. That said, i would like to buy stuff to make account look more credible.

Simply accept that you will not get the items that you buy in that case :thumb:

Ideally you want to have the things like the address sorted before making the account

ooooo.halo, I basically made your same mistake for my first stealth account. I used an address/name combination I have no access to.
I later on understood that for buying, and for other reasons, is much better to start with a differnt plan...

Anyway I did buy a few things with that account before start selling. I choose to buy cheap stuff that I do not actually need, like a nice butterfly stamp for 2$ coming from china with free shipping. Never got it...

Btw, that selling account is still standing strong :)

Thanks ilcarletto.....thats a good idea. But heres my next question....the virtual address company i use are likely to ask me why stuff is being sent there in a new name at the address i bought iff then? hope im making sense :-)

Can't really help you with this question I have no experience but I see 3 possible solutions:

- you pretend you know nothing about that shipping... somebody made a mistake with the address... possible? You just need to buy few things not many.

- you try to sort it out before it happens, like for example, call them and explain you are buying stuff for a friend and stuff can only be sent in his name

- you do not buy... use that account for sell only and start veeeeery sloooow..... really low profile.

In the UK PO boxes are not ideal.

Rentable mail boxes with a real street as mentioned above are a much better solution.

Couldnt resist having a.quick.peak..what prices are they usually.
I only have experience with.virtual addresses as they want real.details. is it the same with rentable mailboxes that you give real name but add stealth name as accepting parcels?
